Moreover, in the middle of the central yellow stripe, a green five-pointed star is located. The colors are typical pan-African, where green indicates lush vegetation of the country as well as the Muslim religion, yellow stands for sunshine, arts and welfare and red refers to bloodshed in the struggles for independence of the country.
