Following Documents are Required for SIM Card Activation:

• •  Passport (Front & Last Page)
  • Visa or Air Ticket Copy

Note: Documents are mandatory as per DoT Regulations

Android APN Settings:

• •  Click on Settings
  •  Click on More Networks.
  •  Mobile Network.
  •  Mobile data and data roaming : ON
  •  Access point name.
  •  Select option symbol. Click on New APN
  •  Name : Matrix
  •  APN – mobiledata
  •  Username – leave it blank
  •  Password – leave it blank
  •  Authentication Type : none
  •  APN Type: Default
  •  Click on Save and highlight the Matrix profile.
  •  Switch off and on the phone and test for data services. It will work fine .

  IPhone APN Settings :

• • Click on Settings
  •  Mobile data.
  •  Mobile data and data roaming : ON
  •  Voice/Data : 3G
  •  Mobile Data Network
  •  APN – mobiledata
  •  Username – leave it blank
  •  Password – leave it blank
    Go back to Save
  •  Switch off and on the phone and test for data services. It will work fine.

Standard Dialing Procedure for USA & EUROPE

Dial country code, followed by area code (only for landlines), and followed by the landline/mobile number

Example,

To dial a landline number 23456789 in Delhi, dial +91 11 23456789

To dial an Indian mobile number 9876543210, dial +91 9876543210

To dial a US number 3021234567, dial +1 3021234567
